Tudor to Unveil Black Bay Bronze at Baselworld 2016

Tudor will introduce a bronze Black Bay dive watch at Baselworld 2016 that will be larger in diameter as well as powered by an in-house automatic movement, according to Rolex Passion Report.

Run by vintage Rolex dealer Philipp Stahl, Rolex Passion Report has let the cat out of the bag, revealing one of the upcoming watches Tudor is slated to unveil at Baselworld 2016, the Black Bay Bronze.

Rated to 200 m, the Black Bay Bronze will have a 43 mm case made of an aluminium-bronze alloy, making it one millimetre larger than the steel Black Bay. It's equipped with the MT5601, an in-house automatic movement that is presumably the no-date version of the movement that is found in the Pelagos. The movement has a 70 hour power reserve, silicon hairspring as well as COSC certification.

Stay tuned for more Baselworld 2016 updates next week once the fair opens its doors on 16 March.
